We are currently experiencing intermittent availability issues with FPX and DuitNow services, including HTTP 500 Internal Server Errors when attempting to access the site.
This issue is not caused by our internal systems but is due to a confirmed global outage with Paynet network and security provider, Cloudflare. This outage is impacting the connection between your browser and FPX and DuitNow servers, specifically affecting the Kuala Lumpur region node as well as others globally.
Current Status:
Issue: Cloudflare Global Network Connectivity
Impact: Users may see "Internal Server Error" or "500" pages.
Resolution: Cloudflare has identified the issue and is currently implementing a fix.
